This article is aimed at helping you understand how the billing of your subscription is handled on Erplain.
Yearly/Monthly
Erplain offers both monthly and yearly subscriptions. The yearly subscription includes the equivalent of 2 free months. All plans are available monthly and yearly.
Billing cycles
Your monthly subscription is renewed on the 1st of each month. If a subscription starts anywhere in-between, the prorata is calculated for the remaining days of the month.
Your Erplain invoices
Your invoices are available directly on your account, in the "Account settings" section.
In there, you can consult and download your invoices.
Subscription changes
In the account settings, you can also edit your subscription. You can change the plan you're subscribing to, the number of users or switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription and vice versa.
